Media notes
One of the male Lyrebirds was making this odd clicking call for an extended period of time (at least 5 minutes) rather than the usual mimicry of the local birds in the area. I have no idea what it is copying but it was an odd noise to be making. It was almost mechanical and stood out against the back drop of other bird calls in the forest.
Observation details
Two seen (males) with large tails still, the rest heard around the trails.
