Silent, despite mouth opening. Heavily backlit, but I still think good enough quality to justify upload.
Observation details
As indicated in my unintended commentary on the submitted video (and the naming of the file), my impression of this bird in the field was YBFL, but I just didn't feel confident. It is over all very yellow, including in the throat, and has a bit of an olive/dusky vested look - but the size of the bill and the constant peaked appearance of the head still gives it a very ACFL look. The primary extension is difficult to judge due to strong backlighting washing out the very tips of the wings. I've gotten feedback from others going both ways, so I'm leaving it as originally called - Empid spuh.
