Observation details

If anyone can pull off chartreuse vestments (and that is pretty much nobody to be brutally honest) it’s this bird. Beautiful!!! Continuing, working the pepper trees by the tennis courts. Laid back bird, took its time soaking up all the attention. Hard to spot though, blends in so well. Concrete grey head diffusing into grey green wings; thick pale supercilium accenting maroon eyes. Yellow/green back and rump. Bright chartreuse flanks and undertail framing a bit of clean pale underbelly. Vireo-esque in all respects.
