Observation details
Small flycatcher with pale yellow throat and belly. Yellowish olive overall. Bill was not particularly small or short like a Least would seem to be. Did observe a slight peak to back of head at times and the big-eyed appearance. Very actively hunting from perches and sallying out to chase insects and frequently moving to new perches through understory and low canopy. We followed it for about ten minutes as it progressed through understory. Did not vocalize. Did make quick (nervous as described by All About Birds) head movements. Did not notice slight tail flicking.
