Observation details
Juvenile! Going to attach a photo. So I was just wrapping up my trip walking by the wetlands near the parking lot, and happened to see this one perched there. I realized it was too spindly to be a red-tail, and lacked the belly band. Examined the pics when I got home and was able to make the proper call.
