Observation details
I was there for 30 minutes. For the first 15 minutes, no hawks. Then X3 appeared soaring high above the golf course. I watched him soaring for the remaining time I was there. He soared mostly above the golf course, but also ventured above the neighborhood and Joint Forces Base field. I heard the female calling from the golf course but did not see her. These calls... It's not the typical SWHA scream. It's softer, shorter, and superficially "gull-like". It's roughly around 3k. I've heard the female make these types of calls on multiple occasions, typically when calling from a hidden location within foliage. I've also heard her make the typical SWHA scream. She typically does that in response to a perceived threat, a RTHA flying by, etc.
