Observation details
Excellent find by Tyler Ficker, Donald Morse Jr, and Andrew O’Connor. Many photos were sent to Jen Brumfield, bird is determined to be long tailed. Viewed the bird at a distance harassing an osprey. Decent scope views flying for 10-20 minutes, also landed distant for quit some time. Slight white flashes seen in flight, my distant pictures of the bird attached.
