Observation details
Juvenile Flew right past me (30 ft away), eye level, going S out river mouth right next to east bluff path. Great looks with bins in good light, though brief. Seconds before it flew by, a mixed flock of 20 SESA and 4 SEPL flew by, closer to water. This bird was noticeably larger than SESA, with distinctive warm buffy breast with faint streaks, longish straight tapered black bill, long look to body with long wings, scaly look to upperparts. Took pix of it flying away, that show long wings and distinctive under wing pattern.
