Observation details

First saw it fly over the exit from the Lakeside Beach/Lake Ontario State Parkway entrance as I was getting ready to turn on 18 and the silhouette looked like a BLVU as if flew WSW. Pulled over and confirmed with binocular views, seeing the silver tipped primaries, short tail and quick, flappy wing beats. I turned onto 18 and could still see it to the south. I pulled over at Circle R Fruit Stand and was able to set up scope and get a digiscoped video as it flew by (camera battery was dead!)
