Observation details
Continuing in area, first found by Vern Gauthier on 8/14. Initially seen flying way off to the E of Clouse Rd, drove over and got great looks as it flew around overhead at (40.1170304, -77.4532462). Bird eventually drifted further away and was last seen soaring around the Oakville Rd/Newville Rd intersection when we left.
