Observation details

Rare--first found by Jeremy Nance on 9/18. Well-seen and photographed this morning on the roof of the barn, on top of an old truck and on the caution-tape-laden fencing east of the hedgerow. Bird has distinctly rufous-shaded belly and lower body. A life bird for me.
