Observation details
Photos; found initially by Asher Perla; still present thankfully as I was away in Montana for two months. Smaller than a Double-crested Cormorant; noted the longer tail, the shorter bill. A key mark was the white-fringed gular patch that is visible in the photos. It appears to be a sub-adult bird.
