Media notes
Three songs of what I think was a Rufous-capped Brushfinch (unseen) from understory of pine-oak forest in loose association with a small flock of Red-headed Tanagers, Grace’s Warblers, et al. moving through; along the trail down into the Barranca Liebre at the Reserva de la Chara Pinta. (We did see a pair in that area.) Recorded using a Fostex FR-2LE with a Sennheiser ME62 & Telinga Universal 22” parabola.
