Observation details
Long range and poor early light so photos not great, but I'm not 100% sure this is leucopsis. Large breast patch, dark centred coverts and greyish flanks, are potentially pro baicalensis, but I think the fact that breast patch probably doesn't extend far enough up into the throat (but are there some dark feathers there?) and the mantle is too dark without enough contrast with the crown (although the light was poor so difficult to be sure, and there appeared more contrast in the field than in the photos), probably make it leucopsis (first summer or female?). Whatever it is an exceptional record as there are no other alba wagtail records in Cambodia between late April and late September, and no regional ebird migrant records for June or July anywhere south of Hanoi.
