Media notes
A pair was foraging quietly in oaks along the trail down into the Barranca Liebre, below 2100m. It was a dry, sunny slope. I got a little bit of recording of interaction vocalizations (song?), mainly the male. Background includes: Mountain Trogon, Grace’s Warbler. Recorded using a Fostex FR-2LE with a Sennheiser ME62 & Telinga Universal 22" parabola.
Observation details
We encountered a pair foraging along the trail. A lifer for Suzanne! I photographed them and tried to record them.
