Calls of Red-headed Tanagers as a group of 6 birds moved through the pine-oak canopy with 2 Arizona Woodpeckers, seemingly foraging, but maintaining contact constantly. Background includes: White-striped Woodpcreeper, Mountain Trogon, Dusky-capped Flycatcher. Recorded using a Fostex FR-2LE with a Sennheiser ME62 & Telinga Universal 22" parabola.
Observation details
A flock of 6 made some little clicking calls as they moved through the canopy with Arizona Woodpeckers.
