Observation details
Dead under the windows on the N side of the Hammond building; killed overnight or during the day today (not present on the 2nd; specimen was clean and dry so clearly was not out in the rain all day yesterday, the 3rd). A juvenile, probably fledged this season and not acquainted with the local hazards. (Bird found 4 July 2021; accompanying photos taken the next day, 5 July 2021.)
