Observation details
A juvenile/ immature dark-morph Long-tailed Jaeger. This bird has been at the waste treatment plant for at least five days and has been seen and documented by many people. It is identified as a Jaeger by the bulky size, the long tail feathers, the thin hooked bill, and the mottling near the rump. There is no doubt as to the identity of this bird.
