Observation details
Looked similar in size to Canada Goose, slightly paler, with white patch on face extending over the eyes. Appeared to be paired with a Canada Goose adult; they followed each other around in the harbor. Towards center in the distance in the photos; photos are of poor quality but all that I was able to get.
