Observation details
I noticed six Purple Martins (one all dark male) frequently resting on the largest snag on the cliff overlooking the campground. I believe there was a nest in a cavity in that tree. In the attached photo you can see the male in the bottom left and a bird just below him apparently attending the nest. Some photos I took seem to show a face peeking out of the cavity but they're too distant to be sure.
