Observation details
Bird was re-found this morning in Pond A. The bird was roughly the same size as nearby LESA and WESA. It seemed to be much paler overall than the rest of the peeps. The legs were black, and the bill was relatively short and black. The wing coverts were grayish, the scapulars were reddish. There was a slight buffy band that extended onto the breast from the shoulder, but I don't think it went all the way across the breast. The back appeared to be brown with darker streaks down it. There was an eye line through the eye, and the forehead was pale white. The crown was a dull brown color.
