Observation details
Similar wingspan to large Redtail Hawk. Black back, white head, deep forked tail. White under wings extending roughly halfway to wingtips, rest of underwing was black. Small beak. Bird appeared for roughly 10-20 minutes every 2 hours (8:50, 11, 1 o' clock). Only saw it flap it's wings a handful of times, mainly stuck to gliding. Looked like in the morning (with light rain and cooler temps) it was swooping down on the tree tops and grabbing insects off of the leaves. At roughly 2pm we saw the bird at a very high altitude and it was flying south/ south-west until we lost sight of it
