Observation details
A small, fairly drab vireo. Underparts, especially belly and flanks, fairly bright yellow. Broken eye-ring/faint eye-line facial pattern. Holding its relatively long tail cocked and flipping it about expressively, kind of like a giant gnatcatcher. Photographed and recorded singing. First documented state record for Wyoming!
