Observation details
Continuing. Close looks. We stood far away from it, but it eventually walked and swam closer to us. The bird was inspecting and feeding from every log/branch/piece of wood in the cove it has been hanging in. A few times it approached the shore and took a few steps onto land before quickly heading back out. A Solitary Sandpiper and Yellowlegs were frequently nearby.
