Observation details
A flock of about 19 birds came down to gravel path behind restrooms and picked up grit for a while. See photos, video (grainy due to distance, clouds, rain). None of them vocalized during this time, but I heard a Type 3 flying over separately, and Type 3s have been most prevalent in the region recently.
