incomplete picture but it does show the bright yellow throat and breast.
Observation details
bright yellow breast contrasting with white belly. white spectacles. We do not have additional photos. We both got good looks of the chat…..larger than other warblers….good look at spectacles and bright yellow throat and breast contrasting with belly. It was mid canopy in the tree and then started moving up the tree canopy as we tried to get in position with the camera and then we lost it as it flew east towards the rose garden. Ruled out Common Yellow throat and yellow throated warbler due to size and extensive yellow on the throat and breast. Ruled out yellow throated vireo because it was not vireo, had spectacles and again extensive vibrant yellow on throat and breast.
