Observation details
This bird was spotted by no name harbor hanging out by the mangroves on the north nature trail. The bird was singing the typical prairie warbler song (zee zee zee ascending in high pitch). The bird had a very bright yellow face with minimal markings, Minimal streaking on the flanks and faint but noticeable red, pencil streaks on the sides of the breast, which were also minimal. Due to these features, this led me to believe that this individual is a hybrid and not a pure prairie warbler.
