Observation details
Continuing large, dark flycatcher with noticeable white tuft above wings. Looked like it was wearing a vest. Saw perched from 5:00-5:10 pm in same location as reported earlier off the greenway near the creek high at the top of a bare tree with a sewer manhole below it. Location was just south of wooden boardwalk near trail intersection leading to a neighborhood. GPS coordinates (35.7421817, -78.8821293).
