Observation details

Juvenile; almost all white with very little spotting on back/upper wings; bulky bill; was by itself so difficult to judge relative size; 5/12 Edit: upon review it's an ICGU (which I suspected in field but changed after looking at my photos as seeing the larger bill/less rounded head than I would have expected for ICGU).
