Observation details
Found this small cormorant at the upper lagoon and thought it was a juvie Neotropic Cormorant (confirmed by Merlin), but sought expert verification and was informed that it might be a hybrid. Abnormalities include shape of gular patch and slightly more orange color than NECO.
