Observation details

Two females. Medium size. 8 to 10 inches estimated. Gray brown overall black beak and legs. Wings darker. Head darker on top but lighter areas she what brownish mid and lower face. Dark eyes Unmarked overall. Other possibilities: Catbird -- unmarked but crown is not a distinct black horizontal form. Arguments against Brewer's -- why two females? rarity of presence here, brownish head Brownish head prevails.
