Observation details
Singing male. Small warbler that shares characteristics of both species and doesn't fit either species generally. White undersides, blue uppers, white wing bars, white eye-arcs, thin band across chest. Not a pure NOPA because of at lacks greenish back patch and yellow/brown chest patch. Not a pure CERW because of upper and lower eye-arcs and lack of side streaking. Sound sounded more like CERW, but not the typical pattern. Will add photos and recordings.
