Canard mandarin, mâle en plumage nuptial. Plonge partiellement pour s'alimenter au fond de la mare.
Observation details
Découvert le 3 avril 2021 par Louise Auclair et Steven Guertin. Origine captive certaine (commun dans les collections d'élevage de canards). Un mâle nuptial qui suit un Canard colvert domestique mâle (tout blanc avec le bec orange). Fréquente un étang près du terrain de golf (45,59180, -73,82317). Le Canard mandarin est considéré comme une espèce exotique échappée de captivité au Québec.
