NOTES: (Altitude: btwn 75 and 300m; Breeding Status: Territorial; General Climate: Wet; Cover Den: Thick) Top of Bukit Teresek. 2+ birds came close upon human imitation of the 4 note whistle song making different sorts of alarm calls at 1.5m high in low trees. After each human imitation of their song they reacted with a sudden outbreak of the same song. Number of individuals=AU2+; Response to playback: Approach. Response to playback: Normal song. Other Behaviors: Advertise, Mate. Habitat: Rainforest, Evergreen Forest.
