Observation details
Diagnostic pics and audio recording attached. Heard warbling song and scolding, wren-like “eeah” calls. Pics reveal white throat, otherwise yellowy underparts—however, that could be an artifact of the light, a reflection of the yellowy-greenish leaves in which the bird was embedded, or the bird is a very bright individual, or maybe some of each; plain grayish cap with contrasty white eyebrow; no clear look at other upperparts but impression was of plain gray, as the cap. I was on wetland boardwalk and heard the song behind me in the woods; backtracked and found the bird. Could still hear the bird after I made it around to the Welcome Center.
