Observation details
Saw this huge bird harassed by tree pies,crows,mynas and babblers on p.juliflora near JNU library I observed it for 5 minutes without Binocular . It was perched high in the canopy .Light was also against but still I could take few pictures with Mobile. The primaries were touching tail... Could this be A Sub-Adult Crested Serpent Eagle which has been reported and recorded many times from JNU ,Sanjay van and R.K. Puram. Need to confirm this one DOP th April 2021 from JNU-New Delhi
