Observation details
Has a band on each leg and a green tag with yellow letters "MEA" on its left leg. I have reported this pectoral to THE NORTH AMERICAN BIRD BANDING PROGRAM, BIRD BANDING LABORATORY at www.pwrc.usgs.gov/BBL/. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like the bands are readable so perhaps some fine spotting scope work will reveal a good read.
