NOTES: THIS INDIVIDUAL--THE ONLY ONE OF THE SPECIES AROUND--HAD A SILVER BAND ON IT LEFT LEG. I SUSPECT IT IS THE SAME INDIVIDUAL RECORDED 06SEP62 (LNS 03203). BIRD SWAM AWAY (BLACKBIRD-LIKE NOTES) OR TOOK OFF (SHARP PEEPS). 1 MALE(S) [Sharp "pip" and "twick" calls (following citations in BNA), apparently given as bird moved off. Quality changed from 2 to 1-2 (quite good but with an electronic humm prevalent in first part) - CAM - 8 December 2004]. Other Behaviors: Depart, Emit Alarm. Habitat: Lake, Rocky.
