Observation details
Continuing birds at the same spot, in the coyote willows along the drainage just North of barrel 5.2. Originally they were being very skulky, sitting in the willows, then they came out and flew up into the elms. They then flew off to the West and disappeared. Might be worth checking the house with feeders. I believe there was 1 immature male and 1 female-type. Small finches, gray overall, with yellow breast spots, fainter on one and sharper on the other. Thick yellow wing bars, and light, thick, seed-cracking bills. Photos coming.
