Observation details
Female on niger feeder and on the ground. Entirely pale grayish back, not just the central area as on most COREs. Reduced flank streaking. In my best view, profile view above eye level, I could see no streaks on the undertail coverts. Above the spotted uppertail coverts, what I could see of the rump was unstreaked. The bill appeared very small (pushed in). Photos to be added.
