Observation details
Conservative estimate. Upon my arrival I counted exactly 9 WWPA in the silk floss trees next to the playground. A little while later another flock of probably 10-12 more parakeets flew into the terees. All birds in the silk floss had white visible in the wings and all except for a two or three individuals in the second flock were noticeably white-winged. These were small parakeets overall that were quite similar to YCPA. Key differences include a little bit of white visible in folded wing (obvious in flight) and grayish lores.
