Observation details

Lifer! Seen high in a sycamore tree across the street on the southeast end of the park (34.2294914,-119.0106487). Distinctive flycatcher with very long tail, pink/orange sides, a darker back, and a white belly. He interacted with some Cassin’s Kingbirds, vocalizing loudly. He occasionally flew from tree to tree. His orange/pink sides helped him blend in the tree surprisingly well.
