Media notes

NOTES: Weather: WIND; GRAVEL BANK ALONG SALTWATER. THIS IS FROM LARGE MIGRATING FLOCK WHICH APPARENTLY HAD JUST COME IN FROM THE SOUTH. CALLS OF ONE BIRD: 'PIRP - PIRP' ON ONE PITCH. Sex: 1 UNKNOWN [I am unsure what species gave the four loud, "preep" calls highlighted here, but I do not believe it was this one, which is instead heard giving the "krree" calls (following BNA) in the background. Quality changed from 2 to 3 because bird highlighted does not appear to represent this species! - CAM - 7 December 2004]. Habitat: Marine.
