Observation details
Flock swimming around at Baldwin Lake. Small cormorants with sharp, angular ends to gular patches. Some immatures; duller brown overall and less weird eyes. Adults had white feathering to gular patch, strange blue eyes, and solid black heads. Swam from N to S ends, then some roosted on some half-submerged branches (long tail visible when they roosted). Eventually all swam towards the E end.
