Black CLJ on orange band. 2nd cycle bird. Information sent from the USGS: Band Number: 1256-51907 Banded On: June 28, 2019 Location: Portland, Maine (43.65861,-70.25194) Bander: Dr. Noah G. Perlut, University of New England, Dept. Env. Studies, Biddeford, Maine Dec. 1, 2020, email from Dr. Perlut: Hi Alix, Thanks for getting in touch. I banded that bird as a chick on the roof-top of the Portland Museum of Art, in downtown Portland, ME. The museum roof produces the most chicks of any in the city (80-140 annually). Yours is the first resight of CLJ. Can you tell me more specifically where you saw it in Yarmouth? Your resight is interesting in that it is only the second or third (out of ~300) that is N/NE of Portland. The birds always go south. Thanks again, Noah
