*scarce but regular in winter with large flocks of wild CANG; like CANG but much smaller with relatively smaller and shorter neck and bill; breast subtly darker and back slightly paler and grayer than in CANG, imparting a more uniformly colored appearance across back, flanks, and breast; spindle-shaped body with dorsal peak far forward, with concave slope down to relatively long tertials and wingtips.
