Clutch of 4 eggs, just after the female flushed. Notice the "special" inner lining just under the eggs, which is made of finer materials that the outer nest structure.
Observation details
3 birds detected by song (2 in the dry woods above Cresheim Rd., and 1 in the Gate Lane spur). 1 active nest found with 4 eggs. Adult observed incubating (presumably female, as male incubation has not been documented in this species).
