An adult bird which was calling frequently while perched high on an exposed vertical dead branch. It did fly off and called on the wing. It returned to the same perch site , this time with a prey item. The prey plumage looked very much like that of a New Holland honeyeater. This bird was very near to a stick nest high in a gum tree . A female A H was sitting on the nest. The adult male was very loud when it was in the vicinity of the nest. High Pass filter 1000hrz to 12db. Normalization -3db.
