Two birds of 3 audible in this recording. Background species- Common Yellowthroat, Red-winged Blackbird, Northern Cardinal, Yellow-breasted Chat, White-eyed Vireo, Brown-headed Cowbird, Indigo Bunting. Also American bullfrog.
Observation details
Exact location non-published. Three males within earshot in mostly Baccharis- at least .2 miles off the trail. Firs heard one male while recording Y-b Chat calls, then walked n and discovered two singing males fairly closely spaced. Another distant male at same location also heard singing at least three times clearly during the calm conditions while making recordings. One of males first heard while recording Yellow-breasted Chat # 1, also audible within that recording.
