Observation details
Initially thinking YBFL, but then it started calling and I was completely unfamiliar with it so I started second guessing the ID. Thanks to TBJ for letting me know they have a single note winter call. Small, greenish-yellow empid with bold eye ring and bright wing bars on black wings. Yellow in throat all the way down through belly. Medium sized bill with pale underside to lower mandible.
